Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Stayager collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our sites, create an account, use a Stayager workspace, interact with a direct-booking or guest experience powered by Stayager, contact us, or otherwise use the Service.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Stayager, we may collect account and contact information; organization, property, owner, team, vendor, and guest information; reservation and operational records; messages and support content; photos and other evidence you upload; billing and transaction metadata; integration and calendar data; device, browser, log, and security information; approximate or precise location when you intentionally use location-based field or mileage features; and marketing or communication preferences.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and secure the Service; authenticate users; create and administer workspaces; process reservations and operational workflows; deliver communications; support billing and direct booking; run integrations; provide analytics and assisted features; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot and improve reliability; respond to support requests; comply with law; and enforce our agreements.

4. Information from other sources

We may receive information from identity providers such as Google, connected booking channels and property systems, payment and messaging providers, team administrators, invited users, public booking visitors, and other integrations you choose to connect. The information we receive depends on the provider and the permissions you authorize.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Stayager, such as hosting, security, email, messaging, identity, payment, analytics, and support providers; to integrations you direct us to use; to members of your workspace according to their permissions; to guests, owners, vendors, or service providers when required by a workflow you initiate; in connection with a corporate transaction; and when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Cookies, local storage, and anti-abuse technology

Stayager uses cookies and similar storage for authentication, preferences, security, and essential product operation. Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate activity from automated abuse. If you choose Google authentication, Google processes information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

7. Payments

When payment processing is enabled, payment providers process card or bank details through their secure payment experiences. Stayager may receive transaction identifiers, status, amounts, billing contact information, and other payment metadata needed to operate the Service, but the Service is not designed to store full payment-card credentials submitted to the payment provider.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support customer-requested retention or export needs. Retention periods vary by record type and workspace configuration.

9. Security

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, tenant and role boundaries, encryption where appropriate, logging, abuse controls, backup and recovery practices, and security monitoring. No system is completely secure, so you should also protect your account credentials and devices.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

You can update many account details and communication preferences in Stayager. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and to receive information about how personal information is used. We will verify requests and honor applicable rights subject to lawful exceptions. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.

11. Marketing communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism provided with the message. Transactional, security, reservation, account, and service communications may still be sent when needed to provide the Service.

12. Children

Stayager is a business and hospitality operations service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly invite children to create Stayager administrative accounts.

13. International use

Stayager and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and handle privacy requests according to applicable law.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service, our practices, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required for material changes.

15. Contact and requests

Privacy questions and requests can be submitted through Stayager Support when signed in or through the public contact option on the Stayager website. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
