Terms of Service
Effective August 17, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to and use of Stayager’s websites, applications, APIs, communications, and related services (the “Service”). These Terms are between you and the Stayager entity identified in your subscription, order, or account records. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, if you use Stayager for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and workspace administration
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account. Workspace administrators control membership, roles, permissions, integrations, and organization settings. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass role, tenant, security, or access controls.
3. The Service
Stayager provides tools for short-term-rental and hospitality operations, including property and reservation workflows, team coordination, guest communications, direct booking, financial and owner workflows, operational evidence, analytics, integrations, automation, and related capabilities. Features may evolve as the Service improves. We may change or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product improvement.
4. Trials, subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid use may begin with a trial. Trial length and whether a payment method is required are shown when you sign up. A subscription is not activated on a billing cadence until you make or confirm that selection. Fees, billable property counts, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase or in your account. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees already incurred are non-refundable.
5. Customer data and guest information
You retain your rights in content and data you submit to the Service. You authorize Stayager to host, process, transmit, back up, and otherwise use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing required notices when you collect or upload personal information about guests, owners, employees, contractors, vendors, or other people.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, distribute malware, probe or defeat security controls, access another customer’s data without authorization, interfere with the Service, misrepresent identity, or use automated means to create abusive accounts or overload the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service can connect with third-party products such as identity, payments, messaging, booking channels, calendars, devices, and other providers. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s terms and fees. Stayager is not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we will describe material integration status accurately within the Service.
8. Automation and assisted intelligence
Stayager may provide recommendations, summaries, classifications, forecasts, or assisted workflows. These features support—not replace—your judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing material business, legal, tax, safety, pricing, employment, and guest decisions before acting on them.
9. Security and availability
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Service and customer data. No online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security. You agree to promptly report suspected unauthorized access and to keep your own recovery information, devices, and credentials secure.
10. Intellectual property
Stayager and its licensors own the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks, and other proprietary materials, excluding customer data. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your permitted business purposes.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel as allowed by your subscription. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or threats to the Service or other users. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination.
12. Disclaimers
Except where the law does not allow it, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Stayager does not guarantee occupancy, revenue, tax treatment, legal compliance, guest outcomes, third-party availability, or investment performance. Information in the Service is not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, or investment advice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from these Terms or the Service. Stayager’s aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Stayager for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security requirements, or business practices. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, email, or another appropriate channel before it takes effect when required.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through Stayager Support when signed in or through the public contact option on the Stayager website.
